Be a Step Ahead with Meet the Artists
Cincinnati Ballet is pleased to offer Meet the Artists, a pre-performance discussion series where you will have the opportunity to meet choreographers, dancers and members of the creative team. Meet the Artists is available for select performances only. For admission to Meet the Artists, please present your ticket to the current production.
Cincinnati Ballet has implemented a dynamic pricing model for our single ticket sales this season. Prices will be adjusted based on the production, performance time, and the remaining ticket inventory in each price level. With this pricing model, ticket prices can fluctuate both up and down, but will most likely rise as each performance gets closer. Single tickets will never go below subscription prices and will most likely increase over time as inventory decreases. Patrons who purchase tickets early are more likely to get the best pricing. Patrons who purchase a subscription will receive the best pricing.
Service Fees and Order Charge
For each individual ticket purchased, there will be a $5 fee assessed (per ticket), and a $2.75 fee assessed for each order. Revenue generated from fees covers facility costs, materials, etc. Example: If one ticket is purchased, an additional $7.75 will be added to the order total. If two tickets are purchased, an additional $12.75 will be added to the order total. Fees are assessed for phone or website purchases, and will be waived by purchasing tickets in person at the Cincinnati Ballet Box Office (1555 Central Parkway, Cincinnati, OH. 45214) or at the Cincinnati Arts Association Box Office (650 Walnut Street, Cincinnati, OH. 45202)
Ticket Exchanges, Refunds and Tax Deductible Donations
Cincinnati Ballet has a no refund policy. Subscribers may exchange their tickets for another date within the series free of charge. Single ticket buyers may exchange their tickets for another date within the series for an additional charge of $5.00 per ticket. Due to dynamic pricing, if the price for the performance you are exchanging into is higher than what you originally paid, you will be charged the difference. Tickets may be exchanged in person or by phone at the Cincinnati Ballet Box Office. You may also donate your tickets and receive a tax deduction form. To receive credit for a charitable contribution, tickets must be returned to the Cincinnati Ballet Box Office 24 hours prior to the performance.
Tickets can only be exchanged prior to the performance. After the performance there will not be any exchanges.

Special Services for Persons with Disabilities
Cincinnati Ballet is proud to offer accessible seating in all performance venues. Please indicate your requirements when purchasing tickets.
We suggest comfortable, business casual attire when attending the ballet. However, if the evening is a special occasion, we encourage you to make the most of it!
For our more family friendly story ballets, we recommend that children be at least two years of age and capable of sitting happily and quietly through a two-hour performance to attend a production. However, even older children may not be mature enough to sit quietly through an entire performance. If a child of any age is too talkative, fidgety or in any way disrupts other audience members, our usher staff has been trained to ask the parent to take the child out into the lobby out of respect for others attending the performance.
Infant and Child Ticket Prices
Infants or children under two years of age may be purchased a “lap ticket” for $10. However, they must remain in the lap of an adult for the duration of the performance. Children over two years of age must purchase a regular priced ticket to attend a performance. No one will be permitted into the auditorium without a ticket.
