How long have you been dancing? Why did you become a dancer?
I have been dancing since I was 11 years old…..19 years! 😱. I became a dancer because I have always felt drawn to the musical arts. Dancing is the best way I know how to express myself. The creativity and challenges it brings are unmatched and make me feel the most accomplished.
Who, or what, was your biggest teacher?
Time. I have found throughout my career that you learn the most from the artists around you. A successful dancer is one that is built through experiences and a nurturing environment. I feel that I have grown the most from the inspiration and opportunities that have been awarded to me. There is something to take away from every experience.
If you had to eat one thing for every meal going forward, what would it be?
What is your most-used emoji?
Are you a cat person or a dog person?
Cats for sure! I was afraid of dogs when I was little. But if you must know I am really a fish/aquatic nerd all the way!
