Naomi Tanioka trained at the Chida Toshiko Ballet Studio in Japan. She joined Canada’s Royal Winnipeg Ballet School in the fall of 2008, and graduated in 2013. Tanioka went on to join the Studio Company of Ballet Arizona for their 2014-2015 season, and joined the company the following season, where she had the opportunity to perform Cygnets from Swan Lake, Pas de six from Napoli and more. Tanioka joins the Cincinnati Ballet Company as an Apprentice for the 2017-2018 Season, promoted through the Cincinnati Ballet Second Company.
