CBII (Cincinnati Ballet Second Company)

CBII is a group of talented, pre-professional dancers who come from around the world to study at Cincinnati Ballet and perform alongside Cincinnati Ballet’s company dancers. CBII dancers can be found in the studio from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm every weekday, rehearsing and dancing with the company dancers, and in schools, community centers, churches, nursing homes and more, sharing the hope and joy of dance throughout our region. With a focus on engaging audiences of all ages, CBII dancers reach over 20,000 students and community members annually and serve as the education outreach ambassadors for Cincinnati Ballet. CBII is comprised of two groups of dancers: the elite pre-professionals, called CBII dancers, and the promising newest talent, called Trainees.
