Michaela trained at the American Academy of Ballet and the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre. She has attended summer programs at Chautauqua Institute, The Rock School, Pacific Northwest Ballet, and Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre. She cites a defining moment of her career thus far as performing Swan Lake with the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra at Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre. As she joins Cincinnati Ballet for the 2011-12 season, she looks forward to dancing with the company and working with new choreographers and teachers. In her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time with friends.
