James Gilmer

James trained with Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre School and has attended summer intensive programs at Point Park University, American Ballet Theatre, and Chautauqua School of Dance. Before joining Cincinnati Ballet, he also attended Pittsburgh’s School for the Creative and Performing Arts. James is looking forward to learning new choreography, strengthening his technique and becoming an overall better dancer.

Favorite roles: Spanish, Terrance Orr’s The Nutcracker; Performing for Michelle Obama at the Pittsburgh G20 Summit Spousal Program
