The Rhythm & Motion workout offers an intense way to move the body through choreography that encompasses Jazz, African, Latin, Hip Hop, Modern Dance and more.

Accompanied by an eclectic mix of international and popular music, this class builds from a warm-up to a cardiovascular work-out to a series of toning exercises for the arms, abdominals, and legs. Anyone can dance!
