Dress Code:
Students dress in clothes that do not inhibit movement and allow the teacher and student to observe and correct body placement. Ballet shoes are necessary for ballet classes. Class size is LIMITED TO 30 students. Please arrive 30 minutes early to sign in and reserve your spot!
Class Descriptions:
ABSOLUTE BEGINNER BALLET: For the adult student who has had NO previous dance training. This class includes the very basics of ballet and gives the student the knowledge to join a more advanced class when ready!
ADULT BEGINNER BALLET: This class is ideal for the mature adult student who has had experience in ballet at a basic level. It provides a professional, comprehensive introduction to the art form. It is also useful to those returning to ballet after an extended break.
ADULT INTERMEDIATE: This class is designed for the adult student who has a good knowledge and understanding of ballet technique but is a pace slower than our advanced class.
ADULT INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED BALLET: Designed for the more advanced ballet student who is able to work at a fast pace. This class is taught in a manner that adjusts to the students that take it, so a broad range of ability and experience is welcome.
BALLET/JAZZ COMBO: A ballet and jazz class that alternates between ballet on the first and third Wednesdays and jazz on the second and fourth Wednesdays
LYRICAL: A fusion of ballet, jazz and contemporary movement that is accompanied by today's popular music.
